About ComeOn

ComeOn presents itself to an international reader as a dot-com, but the paperwork underneath is entirely Swedish. The customer terms carried on the site, version 10.5 and dated 21 July 2026, state that the domain is operated by ComeOn Sweden Ltd, a Maltese company registered as C87779 at Spinola Terraces in St Julian's, licensed under the Swedish Gambling Act by Spelinspektionen with number 25Si1515, valid from 30 October 2025 until 29 October 2030.

The regulator's own licensee register, read on 3 September 2026, lists that company among current holders, so the claim survives an independent check. The terms also record membership of IBIA for betting-integrity monitoring and point disputes to the Swedish national consumer board, both of which are real protections rather than decorative badges.

The sportsbook itself is the broadest in this comparison. Its alphabetical index runs from alpine skiing and American football through Australian rules, baseball, boxing, cricket, cycling, darts, esports and Formula 1, and includes Gaelic football and Gaelic hurling, a pairing almost no Nordic-licensed book bothers to carry. Beside the main book sit a live section, an odds-boost feed, a lucky-bet product and a pools coupon.

Money movement is described with unusual precision for this sector: card withdrawals are quoted at two to seven business days, while bank transfers, e-wallets and Swish are usually done inside nought to two.

The blocking problem is access. Requests on 3 September 2026 to the English, Irish and generic international paths all resolved to the Swedish lobby, which is consistent with the terms saying the address belongs to the Swedish licensee. Registration depends on BankID, an electronic identity issued to Swedish residents, and every figure on the page is in kronor: 250 kr to trigger the casino route, 100 kr for the betting route, a thirty-kronor stake cap while a casino bonus is live.

The crawl file even publishes country-banned and access-blocked routes, and the sitemap it declares lists only a Danish sister brand's pages.

Against its neighbours here that produces a distinctive profile. LeoVegas has the best-documented Maltese licence and no book at all; 10bet has an Irish domain on its licence but no readable terms; Expekt and Betinia are also Swedish-licensed but each publishes an offer this one undercuts on turnover. ComeOn brings the widest sport index and the lowest sports wagering multiple on the page, and pairs both with the hardest registration wall — an identity document only Swedish residents hold.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong at ComeOn there is an order to follow. We do not run your case — this is who does what.

  1. Raise it with ComeOn’s own support and management first. The Malta Gaming Authority strongly recommends this before a complaint is lodged.
  2. If that fails and the operator holds an MGA licence, lodge the complaint through the MGA player hub. It is handled in English or Maltese. MGA – lodge a complaint
  3. Check in the MGA’s own licensee register that the licence you are relying on is real and current. MGA – licensee register

A licence tells you who can be complained to and what the operator must do — not that you will be paid.

Company details

Operating companyComeOn Sweden Ltd
Registered inMalta

✅ What works

  • The operating company is stated without hedging in the customer terms, version 10.5 dated 21 July 2026: ComeOn Sweden Ltd, Maltese registration C87779, at Spinola Terraces, Triq Mikiel Ang Borg, St Julian's.
  • That company appears on the Swedish gambling authority's own licence register, read on 3 September 2026, and the terms quote the number 25Si1515 with a validity period from 30 October 2025 to 29 October 2030.
  • The betting welcome offer is one of the gentlest on this page: a full match up to 500 kr against a six-times turnover at minimum odds 1.80, with sixty days to complete it.
  • Withdrawal timing is committed to in writing instead of implied, with bank transfers, e-wallets and Swish usually settled inside nought to two business days and card payouts quoted at two to seven.
  • The sport index reaches well past the European core, carrying Gaelic football and Gaelic hurling beside alpine skiing, Australian rules, cricket, darts, boxing and Formula 1, with a pools game, an odds-boost feed and a live section alongside the standard book.
  • The terms name membership of the betting-integrity association IBIA and identify the Swedish consumer disputes board as the external complaint route.

⚠️ What to watch

  • The operator's own terms state that www.comeon.com is run by ComeOn Sweden Ltd under Swedish licence 25Si1515, and every locale path requested from a Swedish IP on 3 September 2026 landed on that Swedish lobby.
  • Account opening runs through BankID, the Swedish electronic identity, which a reader without Swedish residency has no way to obtain.
  • Money is quoted only in kronor: 250 kr minimum for the casino route, 100 kr for the betting route, and a 30 kr ceiling on individual stakes while a casino bonus is live.
  • The crawl rules published by the operator include dedicated country-banned and access-blocked routes, an open admission that entire territories are refused at the door.
  • The sitemap those crawl rules point to contains only addresses belonging to a Danish sister brand, so this domain declares none of its own pages for indexing.
  • The interface and the full terms document are Swedish, and no page fetched states which languages the support desk answers in — the only published routes are one Swedish-market email address and a +46 telephone number.

Questions players ask

Is ComeOn licensed?

ComeOn has operated under a gambling license since 2025. That forces segregated player funds and settlement to published rules — but licenses are per jurisdiction, so confirm the site accepts accounts from your own country first.

Is there live streaming?

ComeOn streams a large share of its in-play fixtures. Access normally requires a funded account, and rights vary by country, so the schedule you see may be shorter than the one advertised.

Do I need the app?

ComeOn ships iOS and Android apps, but the mobile site carries the same markets and prices. Use whichever loads faster on your connection.

How much do I have to turn over before withdrawing?

The sign-up offer carries 1x playthrough. Work out the real cost first — staking a bonus 1x over at a typical hold rate returns noticeably less than the headline figure implies.
