IPL 2027: dates, TV rights and T20 betting
Of everything in cricket, this is the tournament an English-language international audience can actually follow: a fixed spring window, a confirmed broadcaster in four of our countries, and a format short enough to watch in one sitting.

Bookmakers on this site that price cricket
A spring tournament with an exact window still to come
The competition is held annually between March and May, and the 2027 edition closes the current media-rights cycle. The precise start and finish for 2027 had not been published when this page was compiled, so the calendar above gives months rather than days. What is useful to know now is the shape: a seven-week league phase into a short knockout, played every evening and most afternoons in India, which lands from mid-afternoon to late evening across Europe. For a European audience it is the rare overseas competition that does not require staying up.
Where it airs in the countries this site covers
In Britain and Ireland the tournament sits with Sky's cricket channel — available through its own apps and its no-contract streaming product — alongside DAZN. In the United States, Willow TV carries every match through its channel and app. In India itself the rights sit with JioStar, split across its digital platform and its linear sports channels. Those four rows come from the competition's own encyclopedia entry, which is a secondary source, so treat the platform names as accurate and the packaging details as worth confirming on the service's own page.
Finland is a blank, and expectedly so: neither Finnish broadcaster index we opened contains a cricket listing at all. There is effectively no Finnish audience for the sport, and this page does not pretend otherwise for the sake of a complete-looking table.
What a T20 market actually rewards
- The toss is a real input, not trivia. On grounds where dew arrives in the second innings, chasing is materially easier, and prices move on the toss result within seconds. If you bet before it, you are taking a position on it.
- Rain rules decide settlement. A revised target under the rain-adjustment method still settles the match-winner market at most operators, but abandoned matches and no-result rules differ. Read the cricket section of the terms once.
- Player markets carry the fat margin. Top batter and most sixes are priced generously to the house because they are hard to model — enjoyable, and expensive over a season.
- In-play swings are violent. Two overs change a match; a delayed stream means you are trading against people who saw them first.
What this site can list, and cannot
No bookmaker record here carries a field saying it prices cricket, so the operator list above is empty and this page stays out of search until at least three do. That is the same rule every list on this site follows: an operator appears where its own record supports the claim, never because the claim is probably true.
Start instead at our betting-site list, and if a tournament-long multiple is what tempts you, run it through the accumulator calculator first — a four-leg cricket multiple compounds the margin four times before it does anything else. The betting guide covers the staking side.
18+ and a straight note on the odds
18+, or the legal age where you live. Cricket match-winner markets are usually priced at a four to six percent overround, which is the tax on every bet before form enters the conversation. Keep stakes proportionate to a seven-week tournament rather than a single night, and the responsible gambling page lists free support if the volume becomes a problem.
This page stays out of search until it carries at least three bookmakers whose own record says they price this competition, alongside a real calendar.
