About 44aces

44Aces is one of the better-documented brands in this comparison and simultaneously one of the clearest illustrations of why a cross-border player must read the footer before the offer. The company behind it is disclosed without ambiguity - SkillOnNet LTD, Malta registration C-50024, with a physical address, a phone line and an email address printed on every page - and the terms and conditions are unusually explicit about money. There is no minimum withdrawal.

A single transfer is capped at about 4,500 euro, but you may request another immediately and there is no daily, weekly or monthly ceiling on the number of transfers. The stated aim is to process payouts within a few hours, an account closure settles within five business days, and a large jackpot win may take a further fortnight of checks. That is a lot of published detail by the standards of this list. The catch is jurisdictional.

The only licence served is a Swedish one under case number 18Li7539, with a stated validity to 20 March 2026 that has already run out. Sweden's regulator register itself complicates that reading: it shows a live commercial-online permit for the operating company beginning 21 March 2025 with no closing date entered, so whether the printed cut-off is current or just an unrefreshed document is not settled - and the whole rulebook underneath the English shell is written in Swedish with the Swedish version given precedence regardless.

The cashier page names no method, and the currency is limited to a single national currency, so a euro player pays conversion on the way in and the way out. What sets 44Aces apart from its neighbours here is that trade: unlike the international multi-vertical accounts near the top of this table, which carry sportsbook and casino together, this is a casino-only brand whose paperwork is thorough but written for a single national market that is not yours.

The jackpot rails, Megaways filter and card-room shelving are worth the visit; the terms are worth reading first, and the automated post-registration check that can quietly rule an account out of every promotion is worth reading twice.

Complaints and dispute resolution

If something goes wrong at 44aces there is an order to follow. We do not run your case — this is who does what.

  1. Raise it with 44aces’s own support and management first. The Malta Gaming Authority strongly recommends this before a complaint is lodged.
  2. If that fails and the operator holds an MGA licence, lodge the complaint through the MGA player hub. It is handled in English or Maltese. MGA – lodge a complaint
  3. Check in the MGA’s own licensee register that the licence you are relying on is real and current. MGA – licensee register

A licence tells you who can be complained to and what the operator must do — not that you will be paid.

How we rank operators

✅ What works

  • The operator is not hidden behind a shell: every page footer names SkillOnNet LTD, a company registered in Malta under C-50024, alongside a street address in Ta Xbiex, a telephone number and an email contact.
  • Payout mechanics are written down instead of left to a support agent - the terms impose no minimum withdrawal at all, cap a single transfer at about 4,500 euro, place no limit on how many transfers you make, and state the aim of processing withdrawals within a few hours.
  • Closing an account comes with a deadline attached: the same document commits the operator to returning the remaining balance within five business days of closure.
  • Player-protection tooling is specific rather than decorative - self-exclusion in steps from 24 hours to 365 days or indefinitely, configurable session reminders in minutes, and an indefinite exclusion that cannot be reversed inside twelve months.
  • The lobby is deep and legible: separate live casino, slots, table, card and jackpot shelves, a Megaways filter, running jackpot totals on the front page and independent new and popular rails.

⚠️ What to watch

  • The only permission the site serves is a national one, and its stated validity has already run out: footer and terms cite a national gambling-authority licence under case number 18Li7539 valid to 20 March 2026, a date that has already passed, and one that would not have reached a player outside that country in any case. Sweden's regulator register itself complicates that: it shows the operator holding a live commercial-online permit that began on 21 March 2025 and carries no closing date in the register at all, so it isn't clear whether the printed cut-off is the real one or just unrefreshed paperwork.
  • The English pages sit on top of a Swedish rulebook: the terms are version 1.9 dated 3 December 2024, written in Swedish, and they state that the Swedish original prevails over any translation.
  • The payment-methods page lists no payment methods. It renders a heading and a line saying availability depends on your country - the opposite of what somebody comparing deposit rails across borders needs.
  • Support is email only, at [email protected], and the support page itself warns that other-language cover will not always be available around the clock and advises writing in English for an immediate reply - while the about page advertises a team working 24/7.
  • Bonus eligibility is decided by an automated review after registration, and the terms allow the system to disqualify an account from promotions altogether, with the verdict emailed once the account already exists.
  • The served terms make a single national currency the only option for deposits, withdrawals and play, with a minimum deposit of ten euro, so a euro-based player carries a conversion cost on every movement.
  • Large payouts slow down by design: a large jackpot win may take a further fourteen days of processing under the same terms.

Questions players ask

Is 44aces licensed?

44aces has operated under a gambling license. A license obliges an operator to hold player money separately, verify identity and honour payouts — but coverage is not global, so check which regulator applies in your own country first.

How fast do withdrawals clear?

E-wallets are the quickest route and often settle the same day once identity checks are done. Card and bank-transfer payouts usually take two to five working days.

Does it work properly on a phone?

44aces runs in a mobile browser on iOS and Android with nothing to install. Test the cashier on a small deposit before you commit anything larger.

How much do I have to wager before withdrawing?

The welcome offer carries 30x playthrough. Convert that into a real number before you accept it — the bonus has to be staked 30x over before any part of it becomes withdrawable cash.
