Mr Vegas reaches an odds page on one line of a licence: the betting entitlement added to account 39380 on 7 December 2020, sitting on the same number as the casino rather than on a rented one. The Gambling Commission's business register, read on 3 September 2026, returns two licensees for the name: ProgressPlay Limited on account 39335, which holds mrvegascasino.com, and Videoslots Limited on account 39380, which holds www.mrvegas.com.
It is the second that governs this listing, with a head office at Pieta in Malta, one licence numbered 039380-R-319311-036, and four remote activities beneath it — casino permitted since 1 November 2014, linked gambling software since 26 March 2015, general betting on real events from 7 December 2020, with bingo appended on 24 June 2025.
The Swedish-facing footer, served on 3 September 2026 in place of the requested English promotions page, adds a second regulator. Mr Vegas Ltd, a Maltese company numbered C93203, is licensed and regulated by the Swedish Gambling Authority under licence 25Si1561 (issued 1 February 2026, valid to 31 January 2031) and licence 23Si2267 (issued 17 January 2024, valid to 16 January 2029), reachable at [email protected] or on 08-122 57 522.
That is the entity actually operating mrvegas.com for this market, distinct from the Videoslots Limited account the Gambling Commission groups the domain under.
Most of the rest of the site was behind a bot-verification wall on 3 September 2026, so the current wagering multiple, stake ceiling and cashier limits could not be re-read from the operator's own pages.
The register supplies one more thing worth reading before depositing anywhere. Its sanctions record for the Videoslots Limited account is dated 30 October 2025 and follows a licence review covering October 2023 to February 2024. Britain's gambling regulator found breaches of paragraphs 2 and 3 of licence condition 12.1.1, the anti-money-laundering condition, and failures against paragraphs 1 and 4 of social responsibility code provision 3.4.3, which governs customer interaction.
It imposed a warning, a penalty of about EUR 750,000 and an extra licence condition, while recording that the licensee co-operated and moved quickly to remedy what was identified.
Two things set this entry apart from its neighbours here. First, its corporate identity is doubly confirmed — the Swedish register names Mr Vegas Ltd behind the brand's own footer, and the Gambling Commission separately places the wider group's account, including that domain, on record — and it is the only entry on this page whose regulator has fined it.
Second, its name is contested: a different licensee, ProgressPlay Limited, holds mrvegascasino.com, and a third-party Irish-facing site trading on the brand publishes two conflicting welcome figures on a single page while appearing on no licence at all. Where the Swedish-licensed brands on this table are readable but out of reach, this one is reachable in two registers and only partly readable in the browser.
